Cupcakes and the City

I am bursting with excitement to announce that Serah's Mini Cupcake Soaps are making a debut on Saturday, September 6 during the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York City!!! The Mini Cupcake Soaps will be in the VIP gift bags for the Andy & Debb fashion show at 2:00 pm!!!
